I love the hardy flowers that hold on until a deep frost hits. I crave those last bits of colour before the grays of November.

Peg noticed these little purple flowers while walking at the farm. She's intrigued by the different coloured centres. Not sure really what they are, probably a weed. We appreciate their determination to hang onto summer as fall creeps up on us.
