As a teacher and someone who LOVES reading, watching students lose themselves in 'The Reading Zone' is a remarkable site. We read in class every day, students are required to read 30 minutes a night, I introduce new books, we discuss what everyone's reading. Some say the goal is to help students become better readers. For me, it's to hook kids on reading, plant the seed of enjoying a book so it will bloom. If a student enjoys reading and does a lot they will inevitably become a better reader. My love for reading is NO secret to my students but what they may not realize is one of their greatest gifts to me is seeing them fall in love with books.Thanks for the pic A and A.
