Went to supper for Dylan's first birthday. He was a pretty tired boy but managed to eat his cake while making just enough mess to please his grandmothers. They were encouraging him to make as much mess as possible. I guess it's only fair that they got the job of bathing him afterward.I used the mosaic filter in Photoshop. I find it gives it an interesting effect.
