Caught this red maple leaf 'sleeping' in the grass. I like the contrast between the rich red and vibrant green. I also like the lines - of the veins, contour of the leaf, and the grass blades. Peg says it almost looks like the leaf on the Canadian flag. I wonder what the flag would like in red and green???

Day 269 - Red Maple
Caught this red maple leaf 'sleeping' in the grass. I like the contrast between the rich red and vibrant green. I also like the lines - of the veins, contour of the leaf, and the grass blades.
