One of my favourite meals is spaghetti. It's definitely a comfort food and was just what I needed on this chilly and hectic Monday. Peg makes it with whole wheat noodles. The sauce is homemade and is filled with veggies, soya burger and some turkey sausages. Of course we can't forget the touch of Parmesan cheese on top. It was delicious and just what I needed. I must say living with a superb cook has definite bonuses.

Day 52 - Warm Comfort

This looks mouth watering delicious! Where was my invite for dinner?? :) My husband is diabetic so I always use whole wheat pasta, well, my boys went to grandma's for spaghetti and they didn't like the slimy white noodles, that just struck me as funny, definitely not normal kids! :)
Now I'm hungry for a hefty bowl of spaghetti. That looks quite tasty! Nice composition.

That does look delicious! I like the pasta bowl too. The neat thing about this shot is how you have only the top part of the bowl in view.
